What makes us different?

  1. Both parents are incredibly healthy and have beautiful structure

  2. Mom and pups have received all recommended vet care. Puppies have already had dew claws removed and been dewormed. They will also have their vaccinations done by a vet. Many people vaccinate puppies with vaccinations purchased at livestock supply stores such as IFA. The problem with these vaccines is there is no guarantee that they have been stored at the proper temperature and may not be viable.

  3. Every puppy comes with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. I have done my best to ensure the health of my puppies and stand behind my work.

  4. Our puppies all receive early neurological stimulation every day from the day they are born. This stimulation has been proven to produce dogs with stronger cardiovascular systems, that can handle higher amounts of stress, and are more resistant to disease.

  5. Puppies will have received grooming-related training. This includes getting them used to clipper vibrations starting at just a few days old, bi-weekly nail trimming, weekly baths and sanitary trims starting at 4 weeks old, as well as practice on a grooming table and getting used to the hair dryer.

  6. Puppies are given plenty of individual attention. Each puppy spends time away from mom and littermates every day. We start with short increments and slowly build up to long stretches of time. This helps me to better understand each puppy and help put them in their ideal home. It also helps the puppies to gain self-confidence and be more comfortable with being without mom and brothers and sisters. What does this mean for you? You will receive a puppy that is more confident and more comfortable being alone and will cry less and be less fearful in those first few weeks with their new family.

  7. Puppies will be exposed to many different environments and situations. We go on many car rides, meet different animals, expose them to all sorts of new and possibly stressful situations. I strive to have each puppy meet at least 50 different people in a variety of situations before going home.

  8. Puppies start crate training and potty training at 3-4 weeks. It is unrealistic to think an 8-week-old puppy will come to you fully crate or potty trained but the process will have been started, making your job much easier.  Most of my puppies go home and have less than 3 accidents in the home if the family sticks to my potty training outline.

  9. Puppies will have started with marker (clicker) training. This training system makes everything so much easier for everyone. Adjusting to life with a new puppy is so much easier if there is clear communication between you and your new family member.

  10. Each puppy will be sent home with a bag of goodies that I believe will help make their transition into your family easier. This includes a bag of my preferred food, a blanket with the scent of mom and brothers and sisters, a toy they have been playing with that they are familiar with, some of my preferred grooming supplies.

  11. These puppies are part of my family. I am available for any questions or problems or concerns you have for the life of your puppy. I am more than happy to do what I can to answer training questions or health concerns you have at any point and if I don’t have an answer I will work my hardest to help find the answer.
